Continuing to delve into the origins of the beloved crew of the Serenity, writer Sam Humphires (Firefly: Malcolm Reynolds Year One) and artist Giovanni Fabiano (Firefly: Malcolm Reynolds Year One), along with colorist Gloria Martinelli (Firefly: The Fall Guys), team up once again for FIREFLY: ZOË ALLEYNE YEAR ONE, coming this Fall from BOOM! Studios.
War between the Alliance and the Browncoats is hell, but when a bank heist is abandoned for a fateful team-up between Mal and Zoë, an altruistic bond is formed that sets the stage for the future fans know and love!

Giovanni Fabiano, an Italian born artist born in 1997, graduated from the International Comics School in Naples, Italy. In 2019 he won the Imago Award at the Naples Comic-Con for Best Comic Sheet. He has worked as a freelance artist, creating music album artwork, character designs, concept art, and illustrations.
